Appreciating the organizers of that program, Qaisari expressed his opinion about the translation of books from European languages mostly European and American works into Persian.

He said: "Before the Iranian revolution, the number of writers in Iran was limited, but now there are 2000 writers working in this field and a large number of them are women writers. The number of books published has also increased. At the moment, there are several literary agencies in Iran involved in translating Persian books into other languages and they have made good efforts in this respect. We hope that these efforts will lead to the publication of Iranian books in various languages across the work.

Akulinichev for his part said: "Like in earlier editions of Moscow International Book Fair, Iran has an active participation and offered fine programs. Iran's presence in this book fair may boost the cultural ties between the two countries of Iran and Russia. At the moment the two countries enjoy good relations and the ground has been provided for cooperation in different fields.
"Regarding the Russian's interest in Khayyam, I have proposed the foundation of Khayyam Cultural Society. This legendary Iranian poet is very well-known in Russia and is the clear symbol of cultural ties between the two countries.
