After visiting the 34th Tehran International Book Fair, Alexander Kolanov says: When I return to Moscow, I will interview newspapers about Iran and the book fair and introduce this event to the Russian people.

He called Tehran International Book Fair a communication bridge between nations and continued: Translators are the doors of this bridge, who by translating works, gather nations on one bridge.

In another part of his speech, this orientalist and expert on Japanese culture, civilization and politics, referring to the fact that he is not fluent in Persian language, says: I will definitely interview newspapers about Iran and the Tehran International Book Fair when I return to Moscow and this event and will introduce it to the people of Russia.

Kolanov, who is the author of more than 10 books in the field of Japan, says: I am a researcher and I work on Japan from among the eastern countries, and my works are all in Russian. Iran is also one of the countries with rich civilization and culture. I was very pleased to be invited to Iran and I am so pleased to visit one of the countries of the Middle East and I will definitely gain a new understanding of Iran from this visit.
