Samad Azarakhsh, director and administrator of the "Reflection" team at the Tehran International Book Fair, creates a new experience by performing literary roots for the audience of the Tehran International Book Fair.

Last year, the program was implemented with the characters of Khayyam, Jalal Al-Ahmad, Hafez, Ferdowsi and Saadi, and this year is presenting the characters of Ibn Sina, Hafez, Ferdowsi, Saadi and Molana.

This program runs from May 10 to May 18 at the Tehran International Book Fair. The actors of this performance have been selected from the best professionals, and their movement and behavior are inspired by Nastaliq lines. Each actor owes himself to the role and identity of his character. For this reason, for example, the actor playing the role of Saadi, performs according to the poems of this Iranian poet who speaks in silence, and plays a low-word and low-interaction role in the presence of visitors.

This performance does not have a special audience, and if it is able to be seen by anyone and depict even a small smile on their face, then it has accomplished the goal since the main point of this performance is the "presence" of these people, and the experience generated for the audience. According to Azarakhsh, the key to create such existence is to play it in a natural way, to avoid an improper performance of Iranian literary characters.

In the end, he added: Due to the advancement of technology, the "physical" aspects one after the other are definitely eliminated in the coming years, and the virtual alternatives are filling their place, which makes people lose the quality of experience and replace it with false and artificial alternatives, and our goal is to create a new experience to re-emerge this feeling in people. As the subject of the exhibition, which is a literary cultural event that focuses on the book, it requires the presence of Iranian cultural literary roots.
