The Friendship Between Iran and Yemen is Longstanding

The meeting of the literary party of poets of Iran and Yemen was held on Sunday, May 13, at the Hall of Nations in the thirty-fifth event of Tehran International Book Fair.
According to the headquarters of the thirty-fifth International Book Fair of Tehran, Moaz Junaid, poet and advisor of the Yemeni Minister of Culture, Alireza Qazveh, poet and former Iranian cultural attorney in India, Morteza Heidari Ale-Kasir, The Arabic and Persian poet and Mohammad Ali Salehi, the poet and author of the book of "Yemen in Persian Poetry", were present at the meeting.
Mostafa Mohadesi Khorasani was the presenter of the meeting. At the beginning of the meeting of poets, he said: The poems of the Yemeni people have epic streaks together with their properties. Poetry has always played a historical role in Yemen.
Seyed Mojtaba Abtahi, Advisor to the Minister of Guidance and Advisor to the Minister of Interior, said: This is the first time that the book fair has hosted Yemenis. No one can bring Yemen to its knees.
Abtahi added: We saw the prominent role of Yemenis in the Al-Aqsa Storm. The Yemenis didn't let the Zionist regime even falsely have a fictitious victory for themselves. Although the United States and Britain are supporters of the Zionist regime, they have not been opponents of Yemen. Yemeni literature has always influenced the beliefs of the people of this country.
Morteza Heidari Ale-Kasir, the Arabic and Persian poet, continued: Yemen has come to the aid of Palestine in the war and has gone to war with the usurper enemy.
Mohammad Ali Salehi, the poet and author of the Book :Yemen in Persian Poetry", referred to the historical friendship between Iran and Yemen, saying that: Iran and Yemen had friendly relations with each other before the Islamic era.
He added: In the book "Yemen in Persian Poetry" published in 2016, I have compiled Yemeni poems. The new lyrics have also been added to the new version of the book and will be published soon.
