Prominent Alim lauds TIBF promotion of Hijab, memory of martyrs

A prominent Iranian Alim appreciated the authorities of the 25th Tehran International Book Fair (TIBF) for their measures in the landmark cultural event in promoting of Hijab (Islamic code of clothing) as well as the memory of the Iranian martyrs across the fairground.
Ayatollah Morteza Moqtadayi, a delegate in the IRI Assembly of Leadership Experts was speaking with the TIBF President Bahman Dorri following an inspection of the book fair in the sixth day of the 10-day major international event, the TIBF press office reported Wednesday.
Ayatollah Moqtadayi who also serves as director general of Howza centers (Islamic seminaries) nationwide said a series of promotional banners installed across the fairground on the case of Hijab and other similar themes proved very helpful in promoting of Islamic merits among the visitors.
The prominent Alim also thanked the TIBF president for having installed across the fairground banners and other promotional items that help relive the memory of the martyrs of the eight-year Sacred Defense (1980-88) against the western-backed invading forces of then Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.
