
Tobias Voss: We will reinforce literary exchanges with Iran.

During his visit to the 30th Tehran International Book Fair, Tobias Voss, the Vice-President of Frankfurt Book Fair, said, “Iran has a rich literature and we are interested in reinforcing the literary interactions between Germany and Iran.”
In the fourth day of the 30th Tehran International Book Fair, Tobias Voss, the Vice-President of Frankfurt Book Fair, had a meeting with Amir Masoud Shahramnia in the VIP Saloon.
After this meeting, he said to the IBNA reporter, “It is my third visit to the TIBF, but I have been in contact with this book fair for many years and I am very happy to attend the book fair this year.”
Pointing out to the mutual presence of the Iranian and German publishers in the book fairs of both countries, Tobias Voss said, “The Experience of being in contact with Iran showed to me that Iranian people are very hospitable especially those in the publishing industry. For this reason, I regard my attendance in this book fair as an important opportunity.”
Mentioning the cultural exchanges and interactions between Germany and Iran, the Vice-President of Frankfurt Book Fair continued, “Naturally, all the countries attend this book fair to promote their cultural interactions with Iran. And since Iran has a rich literature, we are interested in reinforcing the literary interactions between Germany and Iran.”
