Large youth welcome to fair inspired by cultural boom in country

IRI Minister of the Interior, Sadeq Mahsouli, said on the sidelines of a visit to the 22^nd Tehran International Book Fair that a large welcome accorded by the youth to the fair is inspired by the ever growing cultural status of the country.

Mahsouli believed that a diversity of titles on show in this edition of book fair coupled with an improvement in the domestic cultural conditions were two major reasons for the unprecedented welcome of youths to the fair.

He noted that the more attention the authorities pay to culture, the more the propensity for book reading grows and the more the situation takes a favorable cultural ambience

The Minister described the book fair performance as favorable.
