Morteza Talaei, chairman of committee in charge of cultural affairs, attributed the large public turnout to thematic diversity and favorable facilities and services available to visitors in the fairground.

The municipality executive opined that a symbolic cultural motto as book reading is must turn into an instated practice, adding that the 23^rd Tehran International Book Fair was an opportunity to help individuals to internalize the reading culture.
