He stated his opinion about the cultural diplomacy between Iran and Venezuela and said that we should be grateful for such programs and events which are the result of bilateral cultural cooperation; This Fair is regarded as a cultural and economic trade between the two countries.

Regarding the impact of this exhibition on cultural exchange among nations, he also pointed to the desire of Iranian publishers to translate Venezuelan books into Persian and the will of Venezuelan publishers to render Iranian books into Spanish.

Mr. Rangel continued that he had not yet worked with Iranian publishers, but hopes to start a good partnership during the exhibition and also expressed his interest in the presence of Iranian publishers in the exhibition. He continued: the diversity of the exhibition's books and the number of publishers present is significant and promising.

Mr. Rangel pointed out that books play a vital role in understanding the culture of different nations and their backgrounds and exchanging books is the most instrumental way for people from different nations to culturally get familiar with each other.

For closure, he stated that the friendly relations between Iran and Venezuela and Iran's interest led him to attend the exhibition for the second time and hoped that these interactions would advance the two countries' cultural relations, and this way these events could benefit in a good way.
