BRICS Members' Meeting to Be Held at Tehran International Book Fair

The BRICS members' meeting will be held at the venue of the 36th Tehran International Book Fair, coinciding with the sixth day of the event.

According to the press office of the 36th Tehran International Book Fair, the cultural meeting of BRICS members will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, May 13, on the seventh day of the fair at the event venue.

Representatives from BRICS member countries, including Brazil, India, Russia, and ambassadors from other BRICS countries residing in Tehran, will attend this meeting.
This meeting follows Iran’s proposal during last year’s New Delhi International Book Fair and has been included in the agenda of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the approval of the member states.

The 36th Tehran International Book Fair is being held from May 6 to May 16, 2025, under the slogan "Let’s Read for Iran" at Imam Khomeini’s Mosalla.
In addition to the in-person exhibition, the virtual section of the 2025 Tehran Book Fair is also active via the platform book.icfi.ir, allowing book enthusiasts to purchase books online.
