ATMs operate record rial 11b sales in first two days

Automatic Teller Machines set up across the fairground of 23rd Tehran International Book Fair have operated more than 11 billion rials in sales in the first two days of the event, a bank in charge of the sales operation announced.

 
According to a branch of Saderat Bank established for the book fair, the number of successful sales applications through ATM machines was 11,555 in the first day (May 5) of which a sum of 226,517,830 rials was related to university discount vouchers and a sum of 178,402,396 rials was related to general public discount vouchers.
 
The exact amount of total sales in the first day has been 1,810,046,219 rials.
 
In a second day of the event (May 6), the ATM machines have carried out 50,430 applications successfully of which a sum of 1,055,018,547 rials was carried out through university discount vouchers and a sum of 1,064,143,552 rials was carried out through electronic vouchers.
 
Visitors have made an overall sum of 9,513,133,019 rials insales in the second day of the book fair.
 
According to office in charge of ATM card operators in the 23rd book fair, an exact total sum of 11,323,179,238 rials in book sales have been operated in the first two days of the major cultural event.
